Common causes

• You called a product endpoint for a connection that ended in error and so was not able to get the data successfully.

Troubleshooting steps

• Prompt your user to retry connecting their Connection in a few hours, or the following day.
• Check the status of the data source via the Dashboard.

If the error persists, please submit a 'Persistent HTTP 500 errors' Support ticket with the following identifiers: access_token, source_id and link_token_id.
